Tenfai exists because mid-market companies deserve better than what the consulting industry typically delivers. The Firm Philosophy
Most consulting firms sell time. They staff junior consultants on senior-priced engagements, deliver a report, and move to the next client. The deliverable ends up in a drawer.
Tenfai was built on a different premise: that the person advising you should be the person who has done the work. That implementation matters more than strategy decks. That the best technology partner is one who earns the relationship every month, not one who locks you into a contract.
We are deliberately lean. No layers of overhead between the client and the work. No partner-level billing for associate-level labor. Senior expertise at a rate that reflects the value — not the brand name.
